We prepare surfaces to the standard the coating system and specification demand, selecting the method to suit the substrate and the site:

Abrasive (garnet) blasting to a clean, sound profile
Media blasting — soda or walnut — for sensitive or specific substrates

As accredited applicators for all major coating suppliers, we design the coating system with you and your chosen supplier — protective and anti-corrosion coatings, industrial floor systems and specified finishes — selected to suit the asset, the environment and the specification.

We prepare and coat to the standard the coating system and specification require, and capture the records to prove it — dry film thickness (DFT) checks, finish QA and inspection sign-off.

Blasting and coating generates dust and fumes, so we plan containment, ventilation and confined space controls to protect crews, the site and the surrounding environment.
