Ultimate corrosion protection for your project - Metal Arc Spray - the flexible, reliable solution.

Updated: Aug 27, 2020

You’ve probably noticed that The Connect Group’s teams provide a wide range of asset protection services to the construction sector. We thought we’d take some time to introduce to you to a few of them, what they are and the benefits they have to your projects.

First up - it's Metal Arc Spray!

Metal Arc Spray is a flexible, reliable, and manageable solution, which produces quality, fine surface finish coatings. Comparable, but not to be confused with Hot Dip Galvanising (because arc spraying is used to restore corrosion protection on damaged areas of welded galvanised steel) Metal Arc Spray has been designed for all anti-corrosion applications.

We Metal Arc Spray to AS/NZS 2312.3 standards and offer strict QA systems to ensure your project is compliant.

Expert tip from the team:

On a project, always consider the end-use. For example, it may be easier to seal the Metal Arc Spray afterwards, with a primer. This will make it easier to paint the surface later on.
