Metal Arc Spray is a flexible, reliable, and manageable solution, which produces quality, fine surface finish coatings. Comparable, but not to be confused with Hot Dip Galvanising (because arc spraying is used to restore corrosion protection on damaged areas of welded galvanised steel) Metal Arc Spray has been designed for all anti-corrosion applications.
We Metal Arc Spray to AS/NZS 2312.3 standards and offer strict QA systems to ensure your project is compliant.

The process is not limited to Zinc Arc Spray. The coating material may be selected specifically for the environment
There is no limit to the size of the article which can be treated
Articles can be treated at ComBlast, or onsite, by our ComBlast Mobile team
Sealed hollow fabrications may be treated without risk of explosion (no holes!)
Low heat input during spraying eliminates the risk of thermal distortion

Expert tip from the team:
On a project, always consider the end-use. For example, it may be easier to seal the Metal Arc Spray afterwards, with a primer. This will make it easier to paint the surface later on.
